West Grove - October 9, 2014 - The 64th Brandywine Scouts of the Baden-Powell Service Association (BPSA) welcomed six new Otter Scouts last Thursday evening in their monthly meeting at the West Grove Community Room. The six Otters are the founding members of the new local Scout organization, a chartered group of the Baden-Powell Service Association. The Otters are Dylan Ball, Eoin Mitchell, and Cole Steuer, of Cochranville; Kellar Cimini of Landenberg; and Ronnie Bednarz and Henry Grimme, of Oxford.
