Kick off the scout year on Field Day

Games, crafts, and fun in Goddard Park on September 15

This year, the 64th Brandywine is hosting a Field Day on Sunday, September 15, in Goddard Park to kick off the scout year. Come meet scout leaders and learn about our adventures for 2019-2020, register or renew your membership, or just join us for fun in the park!

Field Day will start at 1:00pm and will close at 4:00pm. Festivities will happen rain or shine!

Formed in 2006, the Baden-Powell Service Association (BPSA-US) is an independent and traditional scouting association that follows the original principles and practices of Scouting as developed by Lord Robert Baden-Powell in 1907. BPSA-US is not affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of the USA or any other WOSM organization. We are an independent and traditional scouting association and part of the World Federation of Independent Scouts (WFIS).

Scouting is a worldwide movement dedicated to outdoor skills, leadership, community, and service. BPSA-US believes this program should be available to everyone, youth and adult, regardless of gender identity, religious choice, sexual orientation, race, ability, income level, or nationality. We welcome all families. The 64th Brandywine has youth members from several southern Chester County school districts, including Avon Grove, Oxford, Octorara, Unionville-Chadds Ford, as well as homeschooled members.

If you have any questions, or would like to talk to a scout leader, let us know!
