Join the 64th Brandywine for First Funday 2021 on October 3 at 1:00pm!
Leaders of each of the Outdoor Service Guides scout sections—Otters (ages 5-7), Timberwolves (ages 8-10), Pathfinders (ages 11-17) and Rovers (18+)—will lead different age-appropriate scouting games and activities. The 64th are looking for some new recruits who like camping, hiking, fishing, crafting, cooking, and all the traditional activities that scouts enjoy throughout the year.
First Funday is an annual, free, kickoff event, and participants are not required to be a scout or to join afterward. Participants should wear weather-appropriate clothing and “be prepared” to have fun. Masks are required. Leaders, scouts, and guests should meet near the parking area at Wolf’s Hollow County Park. The group will split into smaller sections to allow the kids to start their adventures. The Group Scoutmaster will be available to answer parent questions and collect registrations.
